As you know we had some serious issues over the past 2 weeks with this server with 2 outages lasting longer than we would have considered acceptable. We have now completed the move to a new server in a different data centre. As the server moved physical location the IP changed. This new server is very stable and reports from client are very positive.
Any clients using the name servers were not affected as we changed the name server Ips. Any clients using A Records need to change their A Record to point to the new server IP: 109.73.169.82
We have sent a number of emails to clients who are affected and many still have not changed their A Record. Therefore we took the decision to suspend the old server to 'force' those clients to contact us. This is why you may think your website is down.
If your website on server 21 appears to be down it is not in fact down it is just you have not changed your A Record. Please do so immediately to resolve this situation.
