A Level 3 Technician has unfortunately called in sick this morning. Support is reverting to how it was prior to March 2012. You may see a slightly longer response time today on the helpdesk but it will be how it was prior to March 2012 (average of 30 minutes initial response). Since March 2012 we have been hitting 5-10 minutes average response times.
This afternoon our Belfast based staff are taking part in a careers event at a local school. All accounting and sales tickets received after 12noon today will be handled this evening.
