2.52pm - Many servers are back on line. Some clients are reporting slowness - this is to be expected when multiple servers are rebooted. All services will be returning to normal in a short period of time. We will post here when we believe all issues to be resolved and then if you see any lingering issues we ask you to open a support ticket. Please refresh this page for an update shortly.

2.25pm - We need to reboot all cloud Hypervisors so any servers currently on line will go off line for a period. Some may need to be FSCK'd as some cloud servers have in excess of 160 days continuous uptime. We now know the issue and a tech from the data centre is working right now to solve the issue. Any client who wants a full report is welcome to request this in a support ticket after all servers are back on line.
Many clients are asking for an Estimated time to repair. Some servers will be back on line momentaily. Others may take a little longer as they will need to FSCK and that is unavoidable unfortunately.
Server 17, 20, 23 and 26 shared servers are affected - no other shared servers are affected at this time. Other servers affected are VPS and Cloud VPS servers belonging to clients.

1.54pm - Technicians from the Noc have determined the source of the outage. They are looking into this now and we will have an update soon
