As part of the ongoing integration and upgrade to our network, we are contacting you in regards to maintenance that will be performed in our UK datacenter next week. Please read the details below carefully:
Maintenance Window:
Between 23:00 PM GMT on Thursday June 7, 2012 and 04:00 AM GMT on Friday June 8, 2012.
Datacenter Location:
BSQ.London UK2 / Pulsant (Maidenhead)
Maintenance Type:
This is required maintenance in order to further complete ongoing integration of our network and to facilitate the network-wide, national 10GB upgrade.
Estimated Downtime:
We fully understand the importance of minimal downtime when performing maintenance on any servers and will do everything we can to expedite the procedure. As it stands now, we estimate between 10 - 20 minutes of interruption (downtime/latency) to your services during the maintenance window.
The following servers will be affected: 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, VPS2 Node, VPS3 Node and our OnApp Cluster.
Please note all other shared servers and VPS Nodes are in a different location and are unaffected. Open a ticket if you need to check what server you are located on.
