We just received notification that there was a very large DDOS attack against the data centre and this is what caused the loss of connectivity. Techs are working now to mitigate this attack and servers are normal.

The network has remained stable. As soon as we receive notification from the techs in the data centre we will let you know what happened.

We were alerted by our monitoring system that all sites on VPS4 OpenVZ Node were off line at approximately 10.30am today. About 7 minutes after the alert the server was on line again. We believe this was a networking issue in our UK racks and we are awaiting a report from the engineers on the ground as to what happened.
When we get that information we will post it here.
