**Final Update**
The vast majority of accounts are restored and working. We are just working on the few remaining accounts now - mainly larger accounts. If you notice your website still off line at this stage please open a ticket and we will gladly update you on progress.
We are having a senior admin check to see why this has happened twice in 6 months on the same server and we will try to determine the cause
We do have many servers and we fully appreciate many users have lost confidence in this particular server. If anyone wants to move to another server please open a helpdesk ticket and we will be glad to facilitate a move.

We are aware of an issue with this server and we are currently working on it to bring it back on line. We will post updates here so please keep an eye on this page for updates and refresh regularly

We are still working on this as a priority issue and we will have a further update at 5pm if not before. We thank you for your patience. This is not hardware related and appears to be an issue with Cpanel binaries. A Level 3 tech is working on the server now.

Our senior admin is still working on this server and cannot get it to start. We have deployed a new server, removed the Ips from the old server and assigned them to the new server and are now syncing the data - please note this is not a hardware issue and is a software issue so no data is missing and we are not restoring from this mornings backup - we are restoring from the old /home partition. Databases are syncing now and we will shortly be syncing the /home directory. There is one user with 60GB data so apologies to that user we are skipping him until the end. Every other user is being synced.
A further update will be given in 60 minutes time

All Mysql databases have been synced. We are now on the /home folders including emails. This is progressing in alphabetical account order. We will give an update at 6.30pm on where we are with this.

The copy of the /home folder is progressing and is now at user names beginning with the letter 'F'. Once it completes we have to sync the DNS zones and then we should be good to start the server. We do apologise for this and we cannot make this data copy any faster.

All /home folders have completed copying. We now need to run a few scripts on the server including a Cpanel Update and a few other important scripts. We will update on progress by 9.30pm

We are working now to get everything back how it should be and we aim to have all sites back running soon. We will post updates here once all is back up

Unfortunately this is going to take a little while longer as we need to go about this a differnet way. We are very confident everything will be back running by early morning if not sooner. We will post the next update in 4 hours.

Sites are starting to restore now from the 8am backup. Once all sites are restored we will rsync from the live drive from the corrupt server to ensure there is no data loss. Sites are restoring in alphabetical order again but the server is on line and as they restore the sites will start working.
