Our NOC Provider in the UK (DIMEnoc/Hostdime) have issued this statement concerning the network outage this morning that was ongoing for one shared server and three VPS clients into the afternoon. The vast majority of our many servers had network conenctivity again by 10am and 85% of our servers were completely unaffected - four servers unfortunately were affected a little longer and for that we apologise.
Please note although this statement talks about loss of power we are not aware of any of our servers losing power and the issue for us was networking directly caused by this power outage in their cabinet.

Upon further investigation, we have discovered that there was an issue at the power distribution layer for one of our cabinets in our UK datacenter. We are currently working to ensure the issue is permanently resolved but we may need to schedule a maintenance to replace a section of our power distribution system to ensure proper operability in the future. You will be notified if any such maintenance is required and given the proper time to plan accordingly.
