Scheduled Date and Time:
Overnight on October 4, 2012 beginning at 12 midnight UK time continuing into the early hours of 5th October
Datacenter Location: Orlando Florida
Maintenance Type:
The firmware on the switch was recently updated and in order for it to take effect, we will need to reboot the switch.
Estimated Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimal downtime when doing maintenance of any type and for that reason will do what we can to minimize the overall downtime. As it stands now, we have a 5 hour maintenance window during which we only expect around 10 minutes of actual downtime at most for the switch to reboot and for your server to become responsive.
