Again this morning the Zopim Servers are off line. We therefore have no chat feature today. If you need support please open a helpdesk ticket here:

This disruption is a direct result of Hurricane Sandy. We do not plan to move chat providers and ask you to be patient while Zopim work hard to restore service at this difficult time for them. Whilst we could implement a new live chat script quickly It would be unfair to Zopim if we were to take business away from them at this difficult time and we ask you to support our decision to stick by them. This issue is a direct result of the Hurricane and we sympathise with their issues.
The information from yesterday is pasted below. We have yet to receive any update on today's outage but we know it is related.
We will offer full support via our helpdesk today and if you normally use live chat (as many do) we apologise this is not available just now.
**Please note none of our servers are affected by the Hurricaine - Zopim is a third party provider**
YESTERDAY'S ANNOUNCEMENT IS BELOW
This is a courtesy notice to let you know we have no Live Chat available on our website today.
We use a third party provider called 'Zopim' and they have tweeted that their New York data centre is affected by a power outage as a result of the Hurricaine.
If you need any help today that you would usually obtain via live chat please open a helpdesk ticket here:

The latest news from Zopim is pasted below. It looks like they may take some time to recover from this.
=====================================
We are facing a sudden power outage and the dashboard, widget and website is temporarily down. Our NYC data center is experiencing significant flooding as a result of Hurricane Sandy. Zopim, along the rest of New York, is expected to go dark for a couple of hours.
In the event of scheduled downtime, we actually have contingency plans to keep the service running. Typically, our data center has available fuel reserves to go on for at least 5 more hours without power, giving us sufficient time to react. However, this time round the flooding caused by Hurricane Sandy has submerged and destroyed the fuel pumps, rendering the fuel reserves useless. All services affected by the power outage were suddenly taken offline without notice. There was nothing we could do about this.
Fortunately, our blog is still running (from another data center) so we’ll keep you posted with updates. In the meantime, we pray for the safety of our fellow friends at the NYC data centers. Hopefully they have all evacuated in time.
