Update at 10.21am.
The final rsync has been completed. We are just doing a final check of php modules etc and recompiling php to exactly match the old server. Then we will redirect the DNS at the same time as we kick off a final rsync of home folders and databases to catch and copy any emails and database updates that have been received / made since we started the first rsync an hour ago.
Clients on this server should not experience any downtime to their website. You may see a few intermittent issues with emails especially if you use IMAP and we apologise if you get duplicate emails downloaded. The email all affected clients received explains in full why this move is necessary and we thank you for understanding.

Update at 9.36am.
All data has been migrated over now. We are just starting a final rsync of the home folders (including emails) and databases to update anything that has changed since the migration started. Once that is completed we will redirect the DNS and all clients will receive a confirmation email.
