Server 30 is a brand new server and has been in use for 24 hours now. We were experiencing some issues with the Cpanel License on server 30. It was not recognising the license and we noticed this error:

A technician was working to correct this anomoly and the server locked up. It has gone for a reboot and please know this is getting top priority to bring back on line. We do apologise for this downtime.
