**Resolved the server is back on line following the file system check (fsck)**
Unfortunately after 300+ days of continuous uptime server 12 needed a reboot today. We do apologise for this. Unfortunately when a server that has been up for so long gets rebooted linux will force it to undergo a fsck - file system check - this takes a little time to complete.
We do apologise and services will come back soon
