Move to Mailchimp for Marketing Emails
We wish to advise that from December 2012 we are moving to Mailchimp for our monthly marketing emails. This is to allow us to more fully comply with the need to allow clients to quickly and easily unsubscribe from our monthly marketing emails.
Previously we used WHMCS our client billing software but this was not ideal as if we opted a client out of marketing emails then they also did not receive any server notices that would periodically be sent out should a server need to under go maintenance for instance.
We apologise if you receive a Mailchimp message that you did not want to receive and we ask you to simply click Unsubscribe and you will not be contacted again. We know that moving forward this will be a much more satisfactory system and will help those clients who indicated they do not want to hear from us to more easily opt out by clicking a simple link in the email.
