As many of you will know Paypal UK (@paypaluk) have had major issues today. For us it means that although you may have paid us and we have received the money your invoice looks to be unpaid in your client area.
We have been manually adding these payments to prevent any delay in our clients getting their services.
The issue will be ongoing as once Paypal fix their issues it is likely the payment will apply a second time (as we already added it manually) leaving your client area in credit. We will manually go through all payments from today and remove that credit if and when that happens.
For most of our users the only issue you will see today is a delay in your invoice being marked as paid as we are doing it manually in batches every hour.
