An update: 5pm
This issue was resolved over an hour ago. Unfortunately we had to suspend a user on this shared server as his one hosting account was causing server load to spike into the high 30's. We will not unsuspend this account as we need to think of the other users on this occasion and we will be making a backup available to this user. We apologise again for this issue today. Most users may not have noticed as the server remained on line but on occasions some services failed for brief periods of time

We are aware of some load issues with Server 26 and we are working on it with our data centre partners at this time. Your websites may be loading intermittently at the moment.
