'Do not suspend until' option not working

Hello

If we suspended your account today we do apologise.  This only affects clients with overdue invoices or those in a free trial.  Here's what happened:

  • We regularly get clients with unpaid invoices asking for an extension.  We try to accommodate within reason by using the 'Do Not Suspend Until'  option where we set a date to delay the suspension until;
  • On our 30 day free trials we set up the account, generate the invoice and set the 'Do Not Suspend Until' option not to suspend until the end of the free trial.

We updated our WHMCS  software version very recently to the latest stable WHMCS release.  it appears this has 'broken' the 'Do Not Suspend Until' option so that means some poeple who had asked for extensions were suspended and some with trials have been suspended.

We are looking into this urgently.  There has to be a tick box somewhere in settings that has been reset with the software update.  I have been unable to locate this so I am having Giles our Senior Support Admin check this out to make sure I am not missing something obvious.

Thanks
