4 April 2013: 9.20am
The data centre technicians have confirmed this was caused by a DDOS attack in the data centre. This DDOS has now been mitigated and all services they confirmed are back up.
If you are seeing anything else let us know but our Nagios Service Monitor is showing as 'No Alerts' at this time.

All services appear to be back on line. We are now manually checking all servers so please give us some time to confirm.
We believe this to be a networking issue but we have no update yet from the data centre technicians. Usually at times like this the noc staff prefer to work to fix the issue before spending time telling us what happened. We would not expect them to do anything else as any other way would delay any resolution.
We promise the moment we have more information we will post it here. If you are not seeing services back on line for you please let us know right away by opening a helpdesk ticket.

A short time ago we were alerted to the fact that multiple servers in the UK are unresponsive. These are servers hosted with HOSTDIME in their Maidstone Kent facility (Custodian DC). Our servers hosted in other locations (Maidenhead, Orlando and EU) are unaffected.
We have notified the data centre technicians and we will have information shortly. Please refresh this page as this is where we are posting updates.
