VPS Issues Again

We are posting this to make clients aware we know VPS8 node became overloaded again. The node has just been rebooted. It looks like one container has caused the server load to rise to a level where the server became unresponsive.
We will be emailing all affected VPS Owners later this evening as we have been working on a solution which will involve a free upgrade to our Xen VPS Platform if desired. A Xen VPS solution would not have caused any downtime for all but one client today as Xen allows for total CPU isolation whereas the cheaper OpenVZ does not. With Xen only the server whose load became totally out of control would have been affected.
