The information in this announcement is correct at 10.40am. If anything changes we will update it. In summary we believe this issue is caused by the data centre provided name servers and the provider live chat admin appears to agree. Full details below but please know we are working on this.

Server 11 although modern hardware is one of our original servers. It dates back to the time when we used our data centre partners private name servers as opposed to our own DNS. It is one of the only shared servers we have that we do not control the nameservers for.
This morning we started getting reports that sites are not resolving on this server. We checked and we saw the data centre provided name servers have stopped resolving to this server. We immediately set up BWF Name Servers and pointed them to this server IP. We took one account and changed the name servers and it started resolving immediately.
We have been on live chat with hostdime.com for 20 minutes and their admin has just said this:

We do have alternative Nameservers operated and controlled by BWF that you can use that we set up 30 minutes ago. Please know the admins in the data centre are working on this now and are expediating a solution for us. If we have no solution from them in 45 minutes we will blanket email all clients with the alternative name servers.
We are truly sorry for this trouble. Please know this is totally out of our control as the dizinc.com name servers assigned to this server are controlled by our data centre partners (DIMEnoc/Hostdime)
