GoCardless Direct Debits - Invoices not being Marked as Paid

We are user of GoCardless for Hosting Direct Debits and it has been great working with the team over there.  
We were also a beta tester for the GoCardless Variable Payments system.  This company is still a young startup but is going to go places so watch out for them over the coming months!  

From what we see they have a young team of dedicated professionals who love what they do and they live and breathe the GoCardless brand.



If you do not pay your hosting by Direct Debit please open a ticket today and we can set you up with a recurring Direct Debit


Over the past week or so we have noticed invoices paid by the 'One off Direct Debit' option on our billing system (WHMCS) are not being automatically marked as paid.  This has resulted in a few support tickets from clients concerned that they have paid yet their invoice shows unpaid.


GoCardless have come back to us and here is their reply:

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the inconvenience on this one. I think I know the cause of the issue, and this is fixed in an upcoming version of our WHMCS module. I plan to launch this next week. Thanks for your patience!
