Orlando Network Issues (RESOLVED)

Unfortunately our Orlando Provider (yet again) has what appears to be a partial network outage in their data centre. We have a few servers in this facility and only 2 are not connecting, the rest are fine. We have been told the issue is with one of their core routers.
I want to assure you I am totally aware these short network outages are unacceptable. Only Hostdime Orlando is affected. We are discussing this internally right now. My initial thinking is we want to give this long term partner a chance to rectify these issues they appear to be having but we cannot give much more time as each outage makes it increasingly difficult for us to keep servers in this facility.
I will have more information later and if anyone wants an update just open a ticket and ask for it to be moved to my queue.
All I can do is say sorry that DIMEnoc Orlando have yet another Network Issue today. They are our long term provider of ten years. We do have trust in them but we also appreciate outages like this are completely unacceptable and our clients deserve better.
In the meantime if anyone wants an immediate move to a server in the UK where we have had no such issues in Maidstone or Maidenhead let us know.
