Thank you for hosting your website on our Business Grade Hosting Accounts. We are always looking for ways in which we can improve service and we have added an additional backup system to our Business Grade Accounts.
If you log into Cpanel you will see the addition of an R1Soft Icon which will give you access to our new Backup and Restore Platform.
R1Soft is an Enterprise Grade Backup Solution that will take regular snapshots of your website. You can view the available snapshots we currently have by clicking the R1Soft Icon on your Cpanel and you can quickly and easily restore individual files and folders.
Our backup servers are in Northern France and your hosting server is in Southern England. The distances between the two data centres are small and the connections are fast. This also means in the unlikely event anything happens to the English Data Centre we have your data in a different location ready for a restore.
