Unfortunatley Server 26 is displaying the same symptoms as it did yesterday and we have asked the data centre staff to troubleshoot what we now believe to be a firmware issue.
We apologise for the additional downtime today.
Just an update at 7pm. The server is not booting up. Something is clearly up with this server and the data centre techs are shortly going to replace the server chassis for a new one (just the chassis not the disks so data will remain intact). We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. As you may know this server was replaced and restored a week ago so clearly something is wrong with the new server that is a week old. Unfortunately we could not foresee this and a chassis swap should solve this issue once and for all.
An update at 9pm. The server is back on line on the new chassis.
We are aware a number of clients have tickets in asking for a server move. We will gladly move clients on request but we are confident this is now resolved as it is online on a new chassis.
