Faster Ticket Response Times

Good Day

We trust this message finds you well.  We already provide true 24/7 helpdesk support with an average response time of 10 minutes office hours and 30 minutes at all other times.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to recruit some new staff with a view to giving 10 minute or less ticket response times 24/7 as well as true 24/7 live chat.  

  • Sean W started working two weeks ago during UK Office Hours to ensure we have 2 fully certified Linux Technicians on duty during Office Hours
  • Russell C has increased his hours in our Carrickfergus Office to take more of the Sales and Accounting tickets
  • Jordan H who has worked for us on a part time basis for many years is now working from our Carrickfergus Office
  • Anju J (Fully certified Red Hat Linux Technician) joined the team today and she is working from her home in India as a contractor.  Her references are excellent and she has worked for some of the biggest names in web hosting with 3+ years experience in Cpanel Servers.
  • Giles W continues to work as our Senior Support Admin managing complex support issues that get escalated to him. 
  • Praveen N continues to work for us as a Senior Level 3 Support Admin providing great customer service and support
  • Arun P continues to work for us as a Senior Level 3 Support Admin providing great customer service and support

 

Very soon (next week)  we will have faster ticket replies 24/7 as well as 24/7 live chat support.
