Saturday 31 August - 8.26pm

It appears our provider have resolved the issues.  Servers appear to be back at this time.  We will post details here once we receive it from our provider.

Saturday 31 August - 8.01pm

No more information forthcoming.  Just off a chat with Adam B at our provider and he said  

"We are currently experiencing a sort of network outage which we are working to resolve at this time. Unfortunately as we are unsure exactly where the issue lies it is difficult to provide an accurate ETA."

Unfortunately this is totally out of our control. We apologise and we will let you know once we have more information.

Saturday 31 August - 7.36pm

The provider have just tweeted and are calling this a minor network issue so servers are not technically down it's just the network route to the servers that are having issues. 

To our loyal customers, we are investigating a minor network issue and will try to resolve any issues ASAP. Thanks for your patience. ^RL

Saturday 31 August - 7.34pm

Correction - our shared server 11 is up, shared server 6 and shared server 31 are down.  Therefore it does only seem to be a segment of their network that is down.  More details as we get it.

Saturday 31 August - 7.31pm

There is still no official notification but adding a column on Tweetdeck and searching 'hostdime' we see other clients tweeting saying their servers are down too so it does seem to be a data centre wide issue.  We will call the provider again in 25 mins if nothing is up to see if we can get any update.

Saturday 31 August - 7.19pm

We managed to speak to David H at Hostdime/DIMEnoc and he told us he is waiting to hear back from the noc staff and there is an outage affecting more than just our servers.  He assured us the staff were working diligently to resolve this issue.

Saturday 31 August - 7.12pm

We are aware every server we have in Orlando in DIMEnoc seems to be off line at this time.  The website of the data centre sister company www.hostdime.com  is also off line at this time.  Interestingly the website of another sister company www.surpasshosting.com  is on line.  

This appears to be a data centre wide issues.  Shared server 6, 11 and 31 are affected.

All UK servers are on line and are unaffected.  We apologise about this but this is beyond our control and everything we see tells us it is a data centre wide issue indicated by the fact our data centre sister company site is also down.
