Tuesday 1 October - 1.10am

All USA servers in Orlando are back up.  Any client who wants to move from there contact us via ticket and we can move you at a time that suits you.  Our UK servers located in IOMART in Maidenhead have had 100% network uptime in 9 months.

Tuesday 1 October - 12.45am

We have no new information.  Hostdime tell us this is a massive DDOS (20GB+) being drected against their Orlando facility.  Due to the size of this attack it is taking much longer to mitigate than would be usual.

We know you are frustrated and angry but there is nothing we can do at this point to bring your sites back on line.  This is only our USA servers affected.  All UK servers remain on line.

Monday 30 September - 11.30pm

A number of other hosts and providers (eg @zopim live chat who are also affected) are reporting that Hostdime USA is under a massive DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service Attack).  We will post confrmed information as we get it.

We have dealt with 38 live chats in as many minutes.  We have referred you all here.  At this time we have no information to give you.  We know you are angry and frustrated and we know many are demanding a move to a UK server which we will gladly facilitate - we cannot facilitate that now though.  Management will talk to any frustrated client but now is not the time as we are extremely busy.  We thank you for understanding.

Monday 30 September - 11.00pm

Yet again it appears every server we have in Orlando Florida (12% of our client base) is off line.  We are in shock that this is the third major outage in 4 weeks from this data centre.  All we can do is apologise.

At this time Hostdime Live Chat is off line
At this time Hostdime helpdesk is off line
We see other clients reporting similar issues on Twitter

We will endeavour to contact our provider by telephone to get information and we will update this thread regularly.

We are truly sorry.  Check here for Saturday's problems in the same facility:  http://www.bigwetfish.co.uk/whmcs/announcements.php?id=218
