[Resolved] Xen11 Emergency Maintenance

We see an issue with our Xen11 VPS Node. Every time a client performs an action like increasing RAM, adding CPU etc the entire node will crash. This results in a node reboot and about 5 minutes downtime for clients on this node.
We have ruled out hardware problems and we suspect the issue is with a bug in the Kernel we are using and we need to boot the server into a different kernel.
We have therefore issued this emergency maintenance notification and there will be a few moments downtime on Xen11 Node while we reboot into a different Kernel. We apologise we could not schedule this for off peak hours but as this is a critical issue with potential to affect service at unpredictable times we need to do this right away.
Within the next 60 minutes Xen11 Node will be rebooted - thanks for your understanding.
