Server 12 OLD was replaced by Server 12 NEW a number of months ago and at that time we informed clients they needed to change from using the data centre provided DNS to our Cluster DNS. We hope the clients on this server have been seeing the increased page load speeds and decreased latency from the upgrade. The new server has had 100% network uptime since the move - compare that to the three major outages in the old USA data centre in the past month alone. We believe this move to the UK was a correct move to make in order to provide a reliable service.
Here is a summary of the old name servers and what the new name servers should be. 98% of clients have made this change and we have personally reached out to the 2% within the past week to give you a final reminder.

The old server is being removed within 24 hours and we still see a handful of clients who have not changed their name servers despite us reaching out to you within the last week. We will send one final reminder email today.
Once the old USA based server is turned off any user who has not updated their name servers will see their websites go down as the DNS redirection will no longer be in place. We apologise if you are affected by this and to rectify the situation you just need to change your name servers.
