IMPORTANT: Paying with Card

It's Stephen here from Management. We recently moved to STRIPE for our secure card payments and this has been a very positive move for many clients and for us. Some clients are becoming confused and I am unsure how we can make this any clearer so I wanted to write this article to explain things.
Here is the text from our website card page
"Note: if you pay using a credit or debit card your card details will be saved on our provider's secure server and all invoices set to 'card payment' type will be automatically paid each month using your saved card. You can delete your card details from your client area at any time."
We are getting a large number of complaints from clients who are telling us we have taken money from their card without their permission. If you choose to save your card details on our system and do not cancel your hosting or domain service and our system generates an invoice we will try to take payment when the invoice is due. That is the whole point of being able to save your card. It provides great convenience for hundreds of clients who can save their card and pay their hosting automatically.
If you do not want us to call for payment automatically then please log into your client area and remove your saved card or log into your client area and cancel any hosting products or cancel auto renew for any domains you do not need.
