[Resolved] USA Servers (Hostdime USA): Packet Loss

Our network team at the data centre tell us this is a local network issue affecting a small portion of the data centre (one cabinet) and this has been resolved now. Apologies if you were affected by latency and slower than normal website loading.

Unfortunately we are seeing heavy packet loss on 2 of our servers in the USA. The system admins are working on this now and we will have this resolved as soon as possible.
The following servers are affected:
Shared Server 11
Shared Server 31
Other servers we have in the same facility are not affected so it is not a data centre wide issue
