[Rescheduled] VPS3 Node Maintenance

**This was not done. As this is non urgent we will reschedule this for next weekend and announce it in due course
VPS3 Node will be rebooted at 11.30pm UK time on Saturday 30 November 2013. The node will come back on line quickly and we will restart the VPS Containers as quickly as possible.
This is to install some new software on the server and a reboot is essential. The time has been chosen so as to cause the least disruption to clients.
