Update:
It does indeed look as if the data centre in error turned off the wrong server as we just got this from the tech on the data centre floor:

Technician Comment: Hello,
The PDU was powered off. We have turned it on and the server is now back online. If you need additional assistance please contact us again.

Our monitoring system alerted us 15 minutes ago that this server was down. The link for IPMI remote access was also not working indicating that the server was completely off perhaps.We are actively checking this. It may be coinsidence but an hour ago we asked our data centre to turn off our OLD business 2 server yet our NEW business server went off line.We are waiting for confirmation but it looks like simple human error in the data centre and a tech may have turned off the wrong server. The server is back now after we contacted the data centre.Once we hear back we will update this ticket
