Server 12 Reboot

At 3am overnight Server 12 crashed and needed a reboot. Inspection of the log files discovered a user had uploaded 98GB of data to one shared hosting account and that caused our backup process to overload the server.
We have temporarily disabled backup for that user and we are moving this user's account to a server with a backup solution that is more suited to backing up large accounts.
Apologies for this blip that was beyond our control.
