We are aware that our Xen 11 VPS Node has become unresponsive. We are waiting for the data centre to connect a KVM session and they have told us this will be connected by 1pm.
We are giving this top priority over anything else at this time and we will have this server back up as soon as we know what is happening and have corrected the error. Details will be posted here when we have them.
