2pm: 88% of accounts are restored and working. The rest are being restored one at a time. We anticipate this beimg completed within 2 hours maximum. The server maintenance on server 30 was completed at 3am. We are now completing the copy of the data. Many websites are back and working and the rest will be back soon. Anyone who needs an update we are on live chat. Thanks for your patience while we completed this emergency maintenance.

As emailed to all active clients on this server last week we will be taking server 30 offline at 10pm to perform emergency maintenannce. We know a number of clients took the opportunity last week to move off this server when that was offered. For those who did not we will do all possible to expediate this maintenance and data restore.
Any clients with any additional questions should open a helpdesk ticket and we will be happy to assist.
We do not expect the maintenance to take longer than announced and we will post here if we have any issues.
