XEN11 Node - Maintenance

Downtime so far has been 8 minutes and the server is now back. We have had 2 reboots so far in this maintenance window. We need to reboot the server again and enter the BIOS to make a few changes. Hopefully this is the second last reboot of the maintenance window. Apologies once again.

We are taking Xen11 Node down after midnight UK time to check the hardware. The CPUs are underclocking and are just showing speeds of 1.6GHZ instead of the 3.3GHZ that every CPU core on this server should have.
A senior system administrator will be conducting this maintenance. We are going to upgrade the linux server Kernel at the same time and we will do everything we can to expediate the maintenance. A full report will be emailed to affected server owners by 9am.
It is important we resolve this CPU underclocking issue to ensure the server gives optimum performance.
