DIMEnoc USA Power Outage

A number of servers were down for a little time earlier today. This only affected a very small percentage of our servers and only those located in DIMEnoc data centre in Orlando Florida. For your information we have not deployed any production servers to this facility for well over a year so thankfully only a very small percentage of clients were affected. If you were one of these affected this was 100% out of our control. If you track 'hostdime' on Twitter you will see some of their clients are still off line so we escaped relatively unscathed.Any client who wants to move from this facility just open a ticket and we can migrate you to another data centre.This is a notice to let you know that we received the following update from the data centre and once we have the exact reason for outage we will let you know:

Thank you for your continued patience. Our System Administrators have determined the cause being a loss of power to some of the cabinets within a portion of our Orlando Data Center. Servers affected are currently in the process of being powered on, if they haven't already rebooted on their own. We have engineers on site investigating the underlying issue and will provide more details shortly.
