Network Issue

The issue has now been resolved and the servers are back up and running.  We are still awaiting a RFO  (reason for outage) from our data centre partners.  Just to give a little more information this outage affected Three Servers in the KENT data centre  (Xen17, Business 2 and a server belongong to a client).  We have many servers in this location so the issue was definately isolated as not all servers were affected.  

Downtime was exactly 29 minutes and this was network related and not server related.  We have just asked our providers if there is any word on an official RFO yet and the moment we have it we will post it here.

Currently there is a temporary issue that is currently affecting some of the servers in our datacenter. We are currently investigating, but unfortunately we do not have sufficient information to provide a diagnosis at this time.

We should be able to update you further as soon as we have more information, but for the moment the issue should be temporary.
