Carrickfergus Office Internet Connectivity Issue

At 11am this morning our Carrickfergus Office Fibre connection stopped working. We have reported this to our provider. There are painters in the building working on the communal areas so we are as yet unsure what the cause of the outage is but other offices in the same building using the same provider are also offline.
We have moved all staff to our backup Wireless Connection and we are on sales tickets and sales chats as normal. Clients will not see any difference in service to what they normally receive.
The only affected service is our VOIP phone system. Please make contact via our live chat on our website for any sales or accounting queries as our phone lines are not connecting at the moment.
