[Resolved] VPS3 Issue

It's Stephen here from Management. I am pretty frustrated right now. I asked our technical team to put a ticket into our provider about an issue with one container on VPS3 Node.
It appears someone in the data centre has taken it on themselves to reboot the entire node as we just got a : "The system is going down for reboot NOW!" notification. I do not know why they did that as only one container was showing issues and the server itself was fine.
We are urgently seeking clarification as to why our data centre chose to reboot one of our servers when we did not ask them to.
We apologise if you are on VPS3 Node but this is out of our control.
We will have all OpenVZ containers started up on this node as soon as possible.
