Increased latency and minor packet loss while our network routes around one of our upstream providers.

Estimated amount of downtime:
We understand the importance of keeping your sites and services online, and as of now we do not expect a significant amount of downtime for our clients. During the 1 hour maintenance window there is a chance you may experience periodic packet loss or temporary service interruptions. We would recommend making minimal updates to your websites during this window just to be safe.
