We do apologise and are giving this top priority.  Updates will appear below

The file system check has failed.  We are trying again.  Just as a precaution we are prepping a new server and will start restoring accounts from backups just as a fallback.  We are deeply sorry for this hardware error and we are working as fast as we can to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately Server 22 Shared Server has had a long uptime so the system is forcing a file system check.  This is a standard linux check.  The server will come back once this completes.

The server has been rebooted and the Virtual Machines are coming up again.  We will continue to monitor this issue which will remain open until we confirm all machines are booted up again.

Our remote KVM connection to this server is timing out.  We have opened a ticket with the data centre to have a technicnan reboot this server.  We are waiting for a reply to that helpdesk ticket.  We will post updates here soon.
