Business 2 - Busy Website caused issues

A Boy Band who came third on Britain's Got Talent just launched a new website unknown to us on our Business Platform. The website just went live and it was tweeted to over half a million people.
Unfortunately the traffic crashed the server. We are sorry if you were affected. We have had to temporarily suspend the site and we informed the client he should have informed us so we could have worked with him to ensure the site remained on line.
We are in the process of moving this website to an isolated server to ensure it can continue to serve the needs of this client. Sorry for the blip we acted quickly once we knew the issue
