Server 38 Outage

Update - The server is back on line and we are proceeding with the server move as previously planned for Tuesday Evening

We are aware that Server 38 is showing as down at this time. PLease see the following information.
Big Wet Fish Hosting owns all our Shared Server bar one . Unfortunately Server 38 is the one server that is provided by a third party provider. This provider have null routed the IP Address so the server is appearing down. We are still waiting to obtain a reason for this null route.
As members on Server 38 will know we had planned to retire this server on Tuesday evening of this week ironically as we wanted to leave this provider to allow us to give better service on equipment we own and control.
We are bringing forward this move and the data is being prepped now for transfer. We sincerely apologise for this outage and we will email all active clients on this server regularly throughout the morning.
