9.48pm
The server is back after a power cycle.  The offending account is now suspended and the DNS Zone is changed to point the domain to another location.  Traffic will subside over the next 4 hours as propagation completes.

We are sorry once again for this sudden spike in traffic.  There is no way we could have predicted this.

The server just came unresponsive again and we need to reboot.  This is happening now.   We have suspended the account getting high traffic and we edited the DNS Zone A Record to point to private server we just deployed for this client.  Traffic will subside and quiclly direct to the new server fixing this issue.

Again we apologise but we could not have predicted this website having thousands of shared on Social Media and thousands of retweets.

The server is back on line but the site in question is still being hit masively.  We may need to temporarily suspend it (last resort for any client).  We are currently building a new server for this client and will move the site within the hour at which point any and all other clients on business 320 will be unaffected.

Thanks for your extended patience.  Your website should be working now but if not let us know. Thanks!

The server crashed under high load and we had to Power Cycle the server as we were locked out of the server.  MySQL service is now failing and we are working to determine the cause and fix.  We apologise if you are having issues and want to assure you this is receiving top priority.

Unfortunately a website on Business 320 server is going viral on social media and the website is attracting thousands of hits in a short time frame.  Although Business Servers are more powerful than standard shared hosting they are still technically shared hosting and are not designed for such high traffic websites.   We are working to stabilize this server and are preparing to move this website to an isolated server if the need arises.

We are sorry if you are affected by this issue.  We were seeing email rejecting passwords as the Exim mail service was failing as well as the Apache service failing.

A technician is working on this issue now and it is receiving top priority.  We sincerely apologise but we could not possibly had predicted this as if we had we would certainly have moved this website before it became a problem.
