Server 12 Emergency Maintenance

Due to a simple human error by one of our staff members during our routine login credential changes on our servers (for security) we are now locked out of server 12.
We need to boot this server into Single User Mode and reset the password and then bring the main server back on line.
We apologise for this unscheduled maintenance.
