Server 26 Mod Security Changes

In an effort to provide a more secure hosting experience we are trialling a new Mod Security Firewall Ruleset on Server 26.
This is working very well but there may be some false positives which we would ask you to report to us. If you see anything not working on your site just let us know we can check it.
