Spam Experts Temporary Blip

We had a temporary blip with Spam experts. The whitelisting of our entire IP ranges have stopped working causing 550 bounce messages.
We are adding the IPs in individually to solve the issue as this appears to work and are contacting Spam Experts to see why whitelisting an IP subnet is not working.
Apologies if you got a 550 bounce the issue only happened for 15 minutes maximum and we are rapidly adding all IPs into the whitelist individually.
