The node is back on line.  We believe all issues are resolved.  Please reach out to us if anything does not look right to you.  We checked the disks and all are error free and the array is optimal.  We've a little mroe info on what happened just before the crash and we're looking into why this caused a crash.  A client added an additional 10GB disk space to his Virtual Machine right before the node crashed.  It appears that process caused the node load to spike and crash.  This is not normal as resizing a disk is a normal operation.  We're still checking this to see if we can determine a cause.  The disks are healthy and the array is optinal so it's not a disk issue.

We are stil waiting on the data centre technicians to go to the server and manually reboot it so we can stop it at grub and further troubleshoot.

7 November 3.40am
The server is failing to boot.  We have requested another manual reboot and we'll stop it at grub to troubleshoot further.  Updates as we have them here.

We are aware that the XEN24 Node has gone unresponsive.  A reboot request has not brought the server back on line.  Our team have just had a KVM remote session connected and we are working on this now.  More details as we have them
