WHMCS Single Sign On for Contacts

Recently WHMCS and cPanel have released some software updates with new features.  One such new feature is Single Sign On.  If you have any additional contacts added to your WHMCS accounts by default Single Sign On is now turned off.  This means only the primary account holder can use Single Sign On until they update the permissions of the additional contacts.

If you have any issues just sign into your client area, browse to your additional contacts and place a tick in the Single Sign On box.

A growing number of clients have reported this issue in the past month.  Unfortunately we feel we cannot simply update these permissions en mass as it's up to our clients to choose what permissions their additional contacts have.  We therefore apologise if you are inconvenienced by this but the fix is simple.  We're also more than happy to update the permissions for you if the primary account holder opens a ticket from your client area.
